This course is examined by UBTEB which is done in semesters

After UBTEB course
- The student should be able to install, maintain and repair domestic water supply systems
- The student should be able to install, maintain and repair sanitary system
- The student should be able to select the suitable materials required for specific job to meet the expected results in the industry setting, install and repair both industrial plumbing as well as air conditioning systems
- The student should be able to make different sheet metal products, maintain and repair sheet metal articles

The course is offered by a candidate who successfully completed UCE and UACE and awarded by UCE with a maximum of grade four (4).
And students who completed junior certificate with a pass.

Course Description
the course takes two years and students are examined by UBTEB
After UBTEB course
At the end of two years a student who has successfully completed this course will be able to join National diploma in building and civil engineering
Or national diploma in Architect and draftsmanship and study for two years, then from there can go for 3 or 4 years degree in civil engineering depending on performance (CGPA).
Above all a person who undergoes all those stages will be having skills and knowledge plus enough experience which can make him or her to compete with other direct from advanced level to degree for the same employment and will be better than them in terms of skills and experience

Course Description
the course takes two years and students are examined by UBTEB
After UBTEB course
By the end the course, the student will be able to;
- Sketch the design make, cut and grade garment patterns
- Draft and make new garments, renovate garments by sewing machines or by hand
- Add surface beauty to fabrics by dyeing, printing and applied in a way that is marketable
- Draft, cut and make new garments, renovate and make jewelry ornaments
- Properly clean, remove spots and stains and mend different apparels.
- Make fabrics using the weaving crocheting and knitting
- Make the owner’s own fashions depending on their knowledge and skills.
